“New York-style pizza crust has been a staple in the pizza industry for years, and we’ve developed our dough balls to deliver that tried and true flavour,” said Luke Siedow, corporate chef at AK.

The dough balls are made using whole-wheat flour and have a light sourdough flavour. They are designed to withstand high temperatures and wood-fired ovens.
