
Aisenstat to retire as vice-chair of board of Recipe Unlimited

News Business and OperationsVaughan, Ont. – David Aisenstat will retire as vice-chair of Recipe Unlimited Corporation’s board of directors effective Dec. 31.
Aisenstat served as vice-chair since the merger of Cara and The Keg in 2018.
In June, 2022, Aisenstat will also step down as CEO of The Keg and will transition to Chair of The Keg’s board, Recipe Unlimited said in a news release.
“David is a legend in the restaurant industry,” said Frank Hennessey, Recipe Unlimited’s CEO. “After 25 years at the helm of The Keg, he has definitely earned the right to pass the baton to Nick Dean, president of The Keg.”
Founded in 1883, Recipe Unlimited Corporation franchises and/or operates Swiss Chalet, Harvey’s, St-Hubert, The Keg, Montana’s, Kelseys, East Side Mario’s and many more full-service restaurants.
