Your crust is the foundation of your pizza. Canadian Pizza knows this and wants to celebrate that a-ha moment when you achieve just the right crunch, flavour and texture – and everything that goes into getting that great result.

That’s why we are cooking up a very special week dedicated to all that goes into the perfect crust – flour, water, yeast, oil, inclusions and technique. Every day from May 2-6, our website will feature stories about dough techniques and trends. We’ll have fun flour facts for you and a social media crust-avaganza! This is your time to talk crust with fellow pizzaiolos who are friends and followers on Facebook and Twitter.

Think you’ve got the perfect crust? Share your favourite photos showing off your handiwork. Had an experiment in dough that yielded surprises? Tell us about it.

Remember: Flour Power Week is about more than great results. It’s also about learning.
