July 6, 2015, Simcoe, Ont. – The Canadian Pizza Show, set for Monday, Oct. 19, will offer those involved in the pizza industry in Canada to network, peruse the latest products and services, gain helpful business tips and watch chefs compete at several levels.
This year the show introduces new categories. In addition to the to the Chef of the Year competition, chefs will compete for a Junior crown, a Champion of Champions crown for past winners of the Chef of the Year competition, and pizza-box-folding glory.
The educational lineup includes nutritionist Jane Dummer on healthy pizza, Giorgio Taverniti on using social media to improve your business, Jeff Dover on excelling at customer service, and an interactive panel on what marketing strategies work (and don’t work).
