l-series_line-up_09Jan. 27, 2009, MI – Structural Concepts will introduce their newest innovations at the North American Association of Food Equipment
Manufacturers (NAFEM) Show on February 5 to 7.

The Whisper Cool™ noise-reduction blanket with new double
layer technology has been proven in independent lab testing to reduce loudness
of the compressor by 30 to 40 per cent. Whisper Cool is available on Structural
Concepts’ CO Model display cases having the Breeze refrigeration system
package.

Oasis® CO Models with tray-slide compatibility allows
foodservice operations to install a tray slide on Oasis® Models CO(L)60RT and
CO(L)48RT refrigerated open air-screen merchandisers. Tray slide rail height
matches the height and style of other equipment within a serving line. Note: a
tray-slide system does not come standard with these CO models; a stainless
steel tray slide is available as a purchase option.

Encore® gelato merchandisers are introduced in new 12-tray
and 18-tray sizes (for 5-liter pans; also holds 10 and 16 1/3 foodservice pans,
respectively). The largest model holds 24 5-liter pans. All styles feature the
Breeze™ Refrigeration System and easy-access features for replenishing,
serving, and cleaning.

From Fusion™ L-series deli case lineup, a complete system of
low-profile refrigerated cases with versatility built in. Four different case
styles and multiple lengths allow creative custom configurations—or use any of
the cases alone. New (coming summer 2009) spherical glass corner cases come in
45-degree or 90-degree inside or outside curves that will attract attention to
the deli displays inside.

The new Allure® refrigerated wine display is a three-tier
case that displays up to 96 bottles of fine wine and maintains an optimal
55-degree temperature. Handsome standard black stained exterior or optional
stained oak provide an upscale showcase for any wine department.
