July 3, 2012 – Harbortouch has introduced an online reservations module, now available free of charge to restaurants using Harbortouch hospitality POS systems.
Harbortouch Reservations enables restaurant customers to make dining reservations online and allows the restaurant to manage all incoming reservations directly through their Harbortouch POS system. In addition to accepting reservations online, restaurant staff may also manually enter reservations in-person or over the phone and track them all through the POS system. Harbortouch Reservations will alert restaurant patrons when their table is ready via a text message sent directly to their mobile phone.
