January 27, 2012, Ottawa - Gabriel Pizza and Doc & Woody from the Chez 106.1 morning show have teamed up for the 4th Annual CHEO Fund Pizza.
For each CHEO Pizza sold from Feb. 1 to March 31, a donation will go to fund the operating rooms at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO). Donation amounts are as follows: $0.50 from a small, $1.00 from a medium, $2.00 from a large, and $3.00 from and extra large.
The Doc & Woody CHEO Fund Pizza from Gabriel Pizza has raised over $ 23,000 to date and the goal for 2012 is to raise $10,000. Voting for the CHEO Pizza takes place until Jan. 30 at www.gabrielpizza.com. The most popular pizza will be announced on the Doc & Woody morning show on Feb. 1 and available for sale just in time for Super Bowl Sunday.
