March 17, 2010, U.S. - Hot Schedules released a new BlackBerry application that allows restaurant operators to initiate, monitor and keep track of shift schedules.
This is the company’s second mobile application. Hot Schedules says that their first, the iSchedule for the iPhone, is ranked in the top 25 most downloaded paid business applications in the Apple App Store, with more than 1,200 downloads per month.
The BlackBerry application has an employee facing function which gives individuals the ability to check their work schedule anytime, request time off, pick up a shift, and email managers and coworkers. This application is available in the BlackBerry App World website at a cost of $2.99 U.S.
