Diane
Chiasson, FCSI, one of North America’s leading restaurant experts and president
of Chiasson Consultants Inc., will begin a series of workshops to help
restaurant and foodservice owners and operators improve their businesses and
increase sales.
The
first workshop, Power Food Merchandising, begins on Tuesday, April 13.
In this highly interactive workshop, Chiasson will teach attendees the
secrets and skills of proper food merchandising techniques to help increase
sales right away. Attendees will learn to apply practical, cost effective and
easy-to-implement merchandising techniques on a small budget.
Chiasson is a certified merchandising expert, and is also a columnist for
Canadian Pizza. Her workshops run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and are held in her
private and professional kitchen facility at Chiasson Consultants’ Creative
Learning Centre on 218 River Street in Toronto.
The
workshops cost $499/person plus GST, and include lunch, refreshments, parking
