September 15, 2009 - Finally, a study comes out that explains why I can't eat just one piece of pizza.
A recent study by UT Southwestern Medical Centre in Texas showed that cheese is one the high-fat foods shown to inhibit appetite suppression that occurs naturally in the brain, reported Reuters.

Apparantly, when something tastes good our brains get actively involved in helping us continue to eat it. The human body is a wonderful thing.
