Equipment has launched its SP20 mixer to now include a removable stainless
steel bowl guard.
This new feature is designed to make cleaning
the guard easier and faster by eliminating the need to manoeuvre around a
stationary guard. Constructed of resilient, high-grade stainless steel, the
removable guard can be cleaned in a sink or dishwasher. This added feature is
the result of listening to both dealer and end-user feedback for continued
product enhancement.
The design of the guard itself has not
changed and still includes the permanently attached ingredient chute on the
side; the difference is the removability designed to ease the cleaning process.
These removable bowl guards are built to be simple and quick to remove and
reinstall for remote cleaning. As before, the guard is interlocked and the
mixer will not operate until the guard has been properly installed and is in
the closed position.
