 July 2, 2009, Markham, Ont. - Zwilling J.A. Henckels will debut its TWIN Profection range of knives in September.
The TWIN Profection line was designed by Matteo Thun and manufactured in Germany by Henckels. Features include a new wedge shape blade for improved efficiency, improved grip balance through bolster design, and no-stain stainless steel.
Every knife has a one-piece sigmaforged, ice-hardened Friodur blade with 56 degree Rockwell hardness. The line features seven different knife types, from paring to Santoku, ranging in price from $125 to $200.
