Dec. 18, 2008, Halifax - A. Lassonde has re-launched their
Oasis Health Break Strawberry and Kiwi Fruit Juice Cocktail to include the
MEG-3(R) Omega-3 EPA/DHA healthy ingredient from fish oil.
This is the fourth Oasis juice to be fortified with the
MEG-3(R) Omega-3 EPA/DHA ingredient. The others are the Oasis Blueberry-Concord
Grape Juice with Omega-3, Oasis Orange Juice, and Fruit Fusion single serve.
The Oasis Health Break Strawberry and Kiwi Omega-3 Fruit
juice has won many awards, including three major awards at the Canadian Grand
Prix New Product Awards organized by the Canadian Council for Grocery
Distributors (CCGD) for Best New Beverage, Healthy Innovation New Product
Award/Special Best Innovation Award for health products, as well as Special All
Canadian Best New Product Award.
The inclusion of Omega-3 EPA/DHA from fish oil provides many
health benefits for consumers and has been scientifically linked to improving
heart health, brain health, normal growth and development and overall health
and well-being.
