Introducing Sun’s new spiral mixer Bakeline™. (NSF approved.) Mixer capacities can range from 20 kg of dough to 180 kg of dough. Bakeline mixers all feature two-speed, two timers, reverse direction of bowl, and safety bowl guard standard.
The new mixer has more horsepower than standard planetary mixers, a more oxygenated dough and general mixing time is half that of a planetary mixer allowing doughs to develop quicker with less punishment, creating a better quality and texture to your dough.
