This product innovation begins with premium beef that is fully cooked, lightly seasoned and sliced into irregular pieces that are approximately 1/16-inch x 3/4-inch x 1 1/2-inches in size. Laden with a traditional, savoury beef flavour, the frozen seasoned steak pieces are perfectly suited for a wide array of upscale menu applications.
