Dutchess dough divider makes squares

The new model BMIH-9SQ dough divider from Dutchess Bakers’ Machinery will divide nine pieces of dough into a square shape in weights that will make most pizza and bread products.

The machine features a total scaling range of five ounces up to 23 ounces per piece. It also can produce square rolls for sandwiches.

This machine is versatile and compatible with Dutchess’ other BMIH and its 36-, 18- and nine-part round heads, the company said in a news release. The 9SQ head is available separately as well for existing BMIH dividers to increase their dividing capacity. It is NSF listed.
